TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

⬧The notification requesting payment will be sent as soon as the art is finalized, and the commission will only be released once the amounts are properly settled.
⬧Payment must be made at full price before finished artwork is received.
⬧If payment is not made within one week after notification that the art is finished, the order will be treated as canceled and will be discarded.
⬧Any unforeseen event in relation to payment must be notified as soon as possible in order to avoid possible conflicts.
⬧No Refunds.

DEADLINES

⬧ Please respect your position on the waitlist. just like you, there are people who are waiting for their turn to receive art.
⬧the deadline price starts counting as soon as your name enters the "on hold" list in the waitlist. you will be notified and as soon as the message is delivered the deadline will start.
⬧possible delays on my part will be notified in advance and the deadlines will be frozen until such problem is resolved, if it happens, I count on your understanding.

USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

⬧Any use of my arts for maintenance of AIs and Resellers in NFTs is strictly prohibited and will be duly reported.
⬧Deleting, smudging, scratching, erasing, covering or removing my signature for the porpouse to impersonate the creator of the artwork is prohibited and will result in a report.
⬧Commercial rights refer to use for the creation of content on the internet (any social media).
⬧Reselling the product on any private subscription platform is prohibited.
⬧For commercial arts, the artist is still entitled to post the work on their social networks and use it in the best way for self-promotion.
⬧ Block the artist from posting or sharing the artwork online will have a fine that is 50% of the base price of the illustration type.

COMMUNICATION

⬧The entire process of your art will be broadcast on my Twitch channel, unless confidentiality is requested.
⬧My DM is always open if any doubt has not been resolved, do not feel shy and come talk to me.

TERMOS DE SERVIÇO

PAGAMENTO E REEMBOLSO

⬧A notificação solicitando o pagamento será enviada assim que a arte for finalizada, e a comissão só será liberada quando os valores forem devidamente recebidos.
⬧O pagamento deve ser feito pelo preço total antes do recebimento da arte finalizada.
⬧Caso o pagamento não seja efetuado no prazo de uma semana após a notificação de finalização da arte, o pedido será tratado como cancelado e será descartado.
⬧Qualquer imprevisto em relação ao pagamento deverá ser comunicado o mais rápido possível para evitar possíveis conflitos.
⬧Sem reembolso.

DEADLINES

⬧ Por favor, respeite sua posição na lista de espera. Assim como você, tem gente que está esperando a sua vez de receber sua arte.
⬧O preço do prazo começa a contar assim que seu nome entra na lista de “em espera” da lista de espera. você será notificado e assim que a mensagem for entregue o prazo terá início.
⬧Possíveis atrasos de minha parte serão avisados com antecedência e os prazos ficarão congelados até que tal problema seja resolvido, caso aconteça conto com sua compreensão.

USO E DIREITO DE PROPRIEDADE INTELECTUAL

⬧Qualquer utilização das minhas artes para manutenção de IAs e Revendedores em NFTs é terminantemente proibida e será devidamente informada.
⬧Excluir, borrar, riscar, apagar, cobrir ou remover minha assinatura com o propósito de se passar pelo criador da obra de arte é proibido e resultará em denúncia.
⬧Os direitos comerciais referem-se ao uso para a criação de conteúdo na internet (qualquer mídia social).
⬧É proibida a revenda do produto em qualquer plataforma de assinatura privada.
⬧Para artes comerciais, o artista ainda tem o direito de postar a obra em suas redes sociais e utilizá-la da melhor forma para autopromoção.
⬧ Impedir o artista de postar ou compartilhar a obra online terá multa de 50% do preço base do tipo de ilustração.

⬧Todo o processo da sua arte será transmitido no meu canal Twitch, a menos que seja solicitado sigilo.
